This fly incorporates turkey biot for the abdomen, and CDC for the wing. It's slender, low-riding profile, coupled with the very natural segmented-look of the biot, is an accurate representation of more than one stage of a mayfly's life. Fish it as a floating nymph, emerger or dun. It's truly one of the heavy hitters in the dry fly department. You should have a box devoted entirely to this fly in various sizes and colors.
