WHAT TO EXPECT AS A CANDIDATE
1. View our current openings and submit your application via north40.com/careers, or the careers tab of our Facebook page.
2. Once you submit your application, a link for a PI assessment that provides an overview of your motivations and drives will be emailed to you.
3. Once the assessment has been completed, your application will be reviewed. If you have completed the assessment in the past there is no need to re-complete.
4. The Hiring Team will contact those who are selected for an interview.
5. Interviews are typically 30-60 minutes, and may include an opportunity to job shadow.
